Want to have your event at Chesapeake Inn?

   Whether you’re looking for a special place for a small gathering of friends, a corporate banquet, a large wedding or something in between, Chesapeake Inn has you covered with one of our many unique banquet and private party spaces. Choose any of the options below to see additional information and photos. Our private spaces need to be reserved ahead of time if you would like to guarantee a spot, especially on weekends. We can customize menus and packages to your budget and needs.

The Basics 

  • The Chesapeake Inn offers accommodations for 15-250 guests depending on the room location and time of year of your event.
  • The restaurant contains over 12 different dining areas both private and semi private depending on the nature of your special occasion. 
  • There is no private room rental charge. However, food and beverage minimums will apply.
  • The Chesapeake Inn is within short walking distance from all bed and breakfasts in South Chesapeake City. (www.chesapeakecity.com) - lodging 

Additional Information/Services 

  • Floral Arrangements/Entertainment – we work with many great vendors and would be happy to coordinate these details
  • Audio Visual – a complete selection of audio visual aids and equipment is available for an additional fee. Advance notice is necessary.
  • A guaranteed number of guests is requested 7 business days prior to your event.
  • A credit card number or deposit is necessary to secure your reservation. The minimum amount for which you will be charged is determined by your guaranteed number.
  • Dress code is upscale casual in our Main Dining Room & Ballroom. Our Deck is casual attire.
  • Discounts are available depending on the time of year and group or organization.
